Lenka
Kolarova
Lenka joined Istria Capital in 2022 as VP of Investments. She has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, M&A and venture capital. She also brings a strong knowledge of the search fund model, having led IESE’s international search fund study from 2013 to 2022. Lenka holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a MSc in Finance and Accounting from Prague University of Economics. She is a native Czech speaker and she is fluent in English, Spanish and German.
