Sónia is the co-founder of Encruzado Partners, a SF focused on Portugal. An IESE MBA (Class of 2021) with over 10 years of experience in consulting, insurance, banking, and start-ups, she most recently served as a Project Leader at BCG in São Paulo. Prior to BCG, she worked at Ageas, where she launched Portugal’s first drawdown solution. At Encruzado Partners, Sónia leverages her expertise in strategy, finance, and people leadership to identify and grow a company with long-term value creation
