I am Francesca Nacu (INSEAD MBA ’25). I am an operator-focused entrepreneur raising a traditional search fund to acquire and lead a single U.S. lower-middle-market business. My background includes sales, operations, and post-acquisition execution. Most recently, I was working at CB Insights helping VC's, CVC's, and corporate strategy teams identify, source, and diligence companies.
