Alexandra is a Vice President at Novidam Capital Partners ('NCP'). NCP is a global search-fund investor, supporting >100 searchers worldwide from its offices in Amsterdam, New York and London. At Novidam, Alexandra is responsible for fundraising and investor relations, as well as sourcing and supporting searchers and operators throughout their search fund journey. Prior to Novidam, she ran her own advisory practice, servicing customers all across Europe in corporate finance and private equity, as well as working with founders in the start-up and growth equity phase, with a focus on investor relations and strategic growth initiatives. Alexandra started her career in Investment Banking working at Houlihan Lokey in London and AXECO in Amsterdam, advising clients in sectors including Financial Services, TMT, Data Analytics &Software, Consumer & Retail and Industrials. During her time there, she specialised in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity advisory, debt advisory and strategic advisory (often including succession planning).Alexandra holds a BSc in Finance and Management from the London School of Economics. She speaks English, Dutch, French and German and is aDutch and American national.
